At Elder Care Occupational Therapy, we specialise in helping our older generation live safely, comfortably and independently in their own homes. Our mobile occupational therapy service comes to you, providing personalised assessments and practical solutions that make everyday life easier.
We welcome all clients who have a current Home Care Package (HCP) or Support at Home (SAH) Package, as well as private clients — no referral required.
Our service covers the NSW Central Coast and surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on fast turnaround times, thorough assessments, and genuinely caring about the wellbeing of every client we work with.

We understand that travelling to appointments can be difficult for older adults. That's why our service is entirely mobile — we come to your home, assess your environment in context, and provide recommendations that are practical and immediately applicable.
From home safety assessments and minor modifications to mobility equipment prescription and pressure care, we offer a comprehensive range of OT services designed specifically for the needs of older Australians.
We handle all the paperwork — clinical reports, equipment scripts, and documentation for your Home Care Package or Support at Home provider — so you can focus on what matters most.
